Jonathan Creasey has been a successful Financial Adviser since 1991, when he established his own practice. In 2002, he became an Independent Financial Adviser and joined a national IFA firm that specialised in business consultancy and tax planning to expand his knowledge and expertise and therefore provide a more comprehensive service to his private and corporate clients. In 2004, he returned to run his own business and is now actively involved in two principle businesses: First Chapter Consultancy Limited and Beaufort Financial Planning (South West) Limited.
Jonathan is a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, which he attained to maximise communications with his clients. His strengths include strategic planning and development, problem solving, creative thinking and communication skills.

Karen joined First Chapter as a Client Manager in early 2014 having previously operated as an Independent Financial Adviser for over 10 years. She oversees the Client Services team and acts as an interface between our clients, our consultants and the team to ensure we provide a streamlined and efficient client journey with the primary focus being on ensuring a high level of customer care and service. This conduit role, along with Karens level of qualifications and commitment to her ongoing personal and professional development make her a much valued and key member of the team.

Holly continues to show dedication for her role as a Client Support Administrator and passes her knowledge and experience to newer members of the team. After taking voluntary redundancy and enjoying a six month career break she took a change of direction and became a mentor with a local charity helping long term unemployed clients get back into employment. Kim then came back to financial services as a Practice Manager, completing her Diploma in Financial Services before joining Beaufort.
