  • Involve strategic business partner(s) for analysis/input, if appropriate
  • Analyse existing provisions and create suggested plan of action
Step. 4
Reporting & Presenting Proposed Strategy
  • Present findings
  • Provide advice and make formal recommendations
  • Consider any changes that may be required
  • Agree courses of action
Step. 5
Strategy Implementation
  • Complete documentation set(s)
  • Involve strategic business Partner(s), if appropriate
  • Process documentation
Step. 6
Ongoing Review
  • Agree frequency of regular reviews, if any
