Over the years, First Chapter has developed and ‘fine tuned’ a business model that follows a step by step process to determine a client’s goals and aspirations. This model enables clients to fully recognise and address what is important to them.

We passionately believe that the most suitable client advice can be given only once time and effort has been invested in getting to know our clients, what they are trying to achieve and the purpose of their objectives.

Once we understand our clients’ goals, we work with them to create a plan that fulfils their objectives and then partner with them to implement their plan. This often opposes mainstream Advisers whose primary focus is to promote and sell products, which we believe presents a risk that clients’ may not receive the most appropriate solution for their circumstances.
